After you pay

  2. 2 Once the Bitcoin network confirms your payment, the order moves to awaiting delivery.
  3. 3 We deliver your key to the order page and email you. Copy it from there to activate.

When do I get my key?

After your payment confirms, we process the order by hand. It stays pending in your dashboard until the key is there, and we email you when it arrives.

Which wallets can I use?

Any Bitcoin wallet. The BTCPay invoice shows the exact amount and address, as a QR code and as text.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Your account is where keys are delivered, so they stay available whenever you need to reinstall.
